These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to War room, a private operations dashboard operated by Joseph Ferrieri.

Authorized access only
War room is for authorized team members and contractors with explicit access. You may not share credentials, attempt to access accounts or data you are not permitted to view, or use the system for unrelated personal purposes.
Acceptable use
- Use client and prospect data only to deliver agreed services
- Do not export or share operational data outside approved workflows
- Report suspected security issues promptly to joe@ferrieriforge.com
- Follow applicable privacy laws when handling personal information in the system
Client and third-party data
Data ingested from client sites or entered by operators may include personal information about end customers. You are responsible for using that data consistent with client agreements and our privacy commitments.
Availability
We provide War roomon an "as is" basis for internal operations. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability without liability to operators.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joseph Ferrieri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of War room.
